Supervision of construction works

The VIC Baubetreuung GmbH (Supervision of Construction Works) is mainly responsible for the monitoring and supervision of all types of construction sites, ensuring that design specifications are obeyed by contractors and acts as representative for the client at the same time.

This close collaboration is particularly needed for the success of the project. This task is mainly handled by our over 25 experienced employees.

Complex Construction Site Management

Our employees have been trained to handle all types of construction sites with efficiency, regardless of their nature, making sure that design and all legal regulations are obeyed.

Site Supervision

For all traffic related works, including the relevant civil engineering works.

Construction Site Coordination

Taking responsibility for the effective coordination of the site for our clients. We also ensure the observance of construction site regulation, including safety and health protection measures throughout the project.

Next to the actual building supervision, further
supplementary services are offered. These include:

• Bid invitation and cooperation in the allocation of projects
• Building measurement, measurement of works executed by contractor, technical checking of model and control measurement according to accepted quality control standards
• Documentation of equipment on site and creation of reliable construction info
